Al Mubashir Medical Center provides statutory medical fitness examinations required for UAE residency, visa issuance, and renewals in the Emirate of Sharjah. Our services include, but are not limited to, phlebotomy (blood typing and infectious disease screening), radiological imaging (chest X-rays), and general physician consultations.

• Accurate Information: You must provide valid, original, and unexpired identification (e.g., Passport, Emirates ID) at the time of your visit. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of service.
• Medical History: You are required to disclose accurate and complete information regarding your medical history if requested by our clinical staff.
• Code of Conduct: Visitors must adhere to the center's hygienic and behavioral protocols. Verbal or physical abuse toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the premises.

While we accommodate walk-in patients, priority may be given to those with scheduled appointments or priority typing classifications. We reserve the right to reschedule tests in the event of unforeseen operational delays or technical maintenance of our diagnostic equipment.

Test results are processed and directly uploaded to the relevant UAE government portals (such as MOHAP or ICP). Al Mubashir Medical Center does not issue "Fit" or "Unfit" certificates independently; the final decision rests entirely with the UAE health and immigration authorities. Turnaround times for results depend on the specific package selected and the processing times of government systems.

All fees for medical fitness tests are strictly non-refundable once the physical screening (blood draw or X-ray) has been conducted. If a test is canceled prior to any physical examination taking place, a refund may be processed subject to administrative deductions and government typing fees.

Al Mubashir Medical Center is not liable for any visa application rejections, delays, or financial losses incurred due to a medical fitness result deemed "Unfit" by the health authorities, or due to delays caused by external government portal downtimes.
